Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: Started BLF January 6, 2009, and really suprised myself. I stuck to it with minor slips and saw impressive results, but know I could do even better with greater discipline and harder work. Never felt comfortable to post pics, but got down to a size 6/8. Looking now to reboot and really kick up the cardio and lean out the lower body.
Goals: I don't care what I weigh, but I would like to size down to a solid 6 and maintain a lifestyle change.
