Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I have gained about 20 pounds since getting married less than two years ago, even though I excercise regularly. I have a history with anorexia (my lowest was 105lbs...about 60 lbs less than what I weigh now-ugh), that eventually led to random binge eating (as you can see). I starved my body for so long, and then yo-yo'd for so long that my body just does not want to let go of the fat. Despite that, I have started and stopped this program too many times to admit. I am starting again because in looking back, I know that I feel the best while following it, and that alone makes me happier. I am generally a happy person, but am so ready to get over this body image depression and love ME for once!
Goals: Finish Lose 15 pounds of fat Wear a size 8 jean, heck, wear jeans! Increase weight lifted for each workout.
