Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: Over the past 2 years my health has improved immensely. I took off over 35lbs (whoop), Dropped my BP, Cholesterol. I have been exercising regularly at the gym 3-5 times a week. So far so good.
Goals: My goal is to take my starting weight of 221lbs (Challenge 3 start) to a nice slim 185-190lbs or (5-10% bodyfat). It is now time to take it to the next level. I want real body definition before I get too old for this stuff. _ The List: six pack, 250lb Bench, 20 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, Run an 8 min Mile x 3 miles (7.5 mph) _ Run a marathon - Done! 1/2 marathon, do a Triathlon - Soon!! do a century cycle ride (100 mi) - MS 150 in Georgia Sept 2011!!
