Background:
8 year military stopped working out for 12 years now regretting my choice.
Goals:
Lose 70lbs of unwanted body fat
. Not where a shirt when i swim (in my own pool)
. Make exercise a regualr part of my life again.
Play basketball with my nephew for 30 mins without being winded. Climb a rockwall at the gym.
To be able to say that was me! and be looking at a heavier picture.
