Evenly distributed over my body.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Couch Potato.
Background: Weight 350 in 2007 and dropped to 315 with a trainer. Over the spring and summer of 2008 I reached 275, but lost focus when school started in Fall 2008 and reached 310. I started dieting this summer and hit 300. I found the BFL book that a friend gave me in 2007, so I started on June 6th and I've lost 12 lbs. so far. Week 3 Day 4 Current: 288.
Goals: To lose 50+ lbs. That would be 100lbs lost from my start in 2007. To run in 5k's and eventually the CCC in New Orleans (10k) Compete in a 1/2 triathlon. To look and generally FEEL better, I'm tired of feeling... tired. Avoid my families combined weight and hearth health issues.
