OK, I've hit 130 at Week 6 of C2. Revising my goals...I want to get to 20% bodyfat. And I want to share my other BfL "results": (1) my feet no longer hurt all the time; (2) I don't get "stuck" when I sleep on my stomach - hips are less tight and achy; (3) I'm learning Spanish; (4) I've taken up golf; (5) I ran a 5k in under 30 minutes at the beginning of C2 and am planning to run one at the end of C2 even faster; (6) my blood test results are terrific, according to my doctor; and (7) I have cut way, way back on my alcohol consumption.

After not drinking any diet soda for the month of July thanks to a challenge from Simi, I am mostly not drinking diet soda, down from four each morning.
