HI, I'm here...had a meeting this morning.

And to answer your question yesterday, I'm working out, just not back to BFL style with HIIT yet, letting my foot recover and getting proper shoes and inserts to make it managable and feel a P90x binge coming, once I feel ready for it.

So how are you today Barb?

Good morning DHB's! A few weeks ago I challenged you all to increase your cardio by 10%. Ron, immediately bumped his cardio by 10% and has been at it from day one. As far as me, I planned to increase it gradually over 4 weeks from 1.70mi to 1.87mi. I would like to report that today I hit the full 10% increase on my HIIT. It was 1.87mi in 20 minutes! Today I hit my 10! Now to keep it up and make the 10 a 9...

How are y'all doing on your cardio output? What are you doing? Are you giving it your all? Are you pushing yourself to the next level?

Today's plan:

EMC HIIT 1.87mi !!!!

M1 Fiber one/skim milk/protein

M2 MRP

M3 Chicken breast/brown rice/veggies

M4 MRP

M5 Orange roughy/wheat pasta/veggies

M6 Protein PM/Fiji Apple

Ps. Fiji apples are delicious! I had been doing "Delicious Red Apples" before bed and bought some Fiji's last week for a change...man, they're good!

Man, all of a sudden (like in the last couple of days) I feel so good! I feel like I'm really changing my body. I feel firmer, faster, stronger and empowered to do whatever!

I know now more than ever, this is my new lifestyle!

Hey Diva..... I am here... thinking about taking kids to the park... but looks yucky again geeez...

I am good... trying to revamp my eating a bit... eating a few too many carbs I think....so going to start adding more veggies and fruit....

How is your foot feeling?? Enjoy that walk...

Wohoooo that is soo awesome.. your working hard teamie.... I have to say NO I have not increased my cardio.. I still struggle with it.... but your right... I need to push out of my comfort zone.... One step at a time....

Nice to feel good isn't it.. I feel good too... I feel things starting to move a little bit.. and small changes... thats how it starts... all these small things add up big time...

My fav apples are gala.. yum....

Keep busting it Frisco.....

Hey Gang!

I'm here, Wed and Thurs are really much busier in my world than the rest of the week. So posts are more limited.

I'm doing ok, hanging in there. Yesterday wasn't the best day eating, missed a meal, which lead to overeatting another meal. Not bad stuff just to much of it! Plus yesterday I didn't workout out. I was toying with taking the day off after all the pain of Mon/Tues and I do think my body needed it so today I was back at it again. I just did a HITT today, so I might do a UBWO later. My workouts are all messed up due to training for the tri and trying to do that training with a friend. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that yet, we'll see how this week goes and move on from there.

Frisco - Way to go on the increase and feeling better about yourself, that's great! Keep up the great work, you'll get to your goal in no time!

Barb - So did you workout during quite time? I hope you kicked it hard girl! Glad eating is on track!

Diva - Hope you are doing well and hanging in there. Did I tell you my foot improved after I started wearing more supportive shoes in the house too. Now I can't last to long without something on my feet or my heal hurts. Enjoy your nice day!

Mrs Seay - welcome and that's great you had a good hiit!!! Way to work it!


Kitt - I can do this!! Goals: Weekly goal: 6 workouts and 6 100% clean eating 12 week goal: 148 (-26) 5 Month Goal (end of School) 135!

Kitt, you may be over training. If I'm reading correctly it sounds like you workout a couples a day, everyday. Whoa! That's way too much. Maybe just focus on one thing at a time. Like if now it's the TRI, do that. Once you're finished then come on back to BFL. Of course, in the meantime keep chatting us up for moral support and what not. Just a suggestion....

I am in a bit of a mood...I had a little slip this am.. not huge .....and I don't really know why... talking to a friend I don't really care for lol.. and she streses me out.. so I ate while I was talking to her.. silly....grrr. Then I tried on a pair of pants I wore last summer.. can't even get them done up... makes me angry at myself...

Now usually I would have just binged big time, but I have not.

I got some stuff done I needed to do, and will do a kick butt work out right after I am off work.... I just have soo darn far to go... but... I can't quit soo...

Hey kitt.... do what you gotta do and what is most important right now...Hang in ...

Ron.. your a machine baby. Frisco... soo thrilled your doing soo awesome.

Hi Kitt,

Yes, I do 30 minutes of cardio each day in addition to my weight training 3x per week. When I am on a break from school I usually challenge myself to get two cardio sessions in per day. I keep a close eye on my energy level so that I do not over train.

No I didn't think you were being critical, I appreciate the input actually. I'm torn as what to do, need to get in all the cardio with swimming, running, and biking, but this week I haven't lifted once, so I don't think that's the best answer either. So I think I need to add weights to at least 2 - 3 days. It's the energy and soreness I'm having issues with so that's why I did mon/Tue off on Wed and today I just did a HIIT, not a double HIIT. So I'm still trying to figure it all out.

Mary Ann - GREAT job on the loss, feels good huh! Happy Birthday!!!
