I finally updated my profile.
Now, I am not trying to lose weight. I am trying to look lean and strong. Those are my goals with the BFL program I started out as Skinny fat, flabby, which I hated. This is a great program for anyone wanting to build muscle. The food combos are really the key to success! I wish I would have known this years ago. I wouldn't have been spinning my wheels so fast, If I knew this simple answer to the equation.

I wished that I found BFL 5 years ago! Who would have thought that nutrition was THAT important. I thought as long I was a cardio bunny it was enough. LOL
