What is your Favorite / Least Favorite Exercises
What is your Favorite Exercises and which ones could you do without.
Favorite Exercise
Eat... Nope can't do it
Cycling. I used to be a very avid cyclist. riding anywhere between 3-5k miles a year. I couldn't get enough of it. Then I found motorcycling and bicycling went out the window. This is the year to get it all back though.
Close second is swimming - lifeguard during college
Least Favorite Exercise
Jogging / Running - unless there is a game involved it is worse than torture.
2nd runner up is UBWO. Never a strong suit for me and probably because I didn't like to do it. I am making a point to do this for BFL.
Life is too short to ride slowly.

Favs: deadlift, standing shoulder press, hanging power cleans, 400 meter repeats on a track, chinups, front squats.
Least: burpees, thrusters, squat cleans, double-unders, and any runs over 400 meters.

Faves:
ANYthing with weights for the Lower Body. I LOVE me a tough LBWO and the DOMS that come with it.
RUNNING. Running has served many different purposes for me for the last 6 years, and my LOVE for it comes and goes. I love it for a while, then I rebel against it and do anything BUT running. Right now, this is the longest span of time that I've felt the undying love for running (good thing, cuz I'm training for some events)!
Least:
Biceps, not sure why, never liked working biceps.
Pull ups.........MAINLY because I haven't yet hit that mind-body connection of the movement and can only do them assisted right now....FOR NOW!

FAV: leg press, bench press, military press...all the presses
LEAST: lunges, butt blaster, abs anything abs
Butt blaster is less manly than the hip abductor machine...can't blame me for wanting a sexy a$$ for my lady...
I will never give up! I will build an awesome body! Stay tuned...

Fave: 1) Running 2) Leg extensions 3) Lat Pull-downs 4) Ab anything 5) Leg press
Least fave: 1) Bicep anything 2) Hanstring anything
I have a love/hate relationship with pushups & pullups.

Faves: Bench Presses, rows, lunges, deadlifts
Least Faves: Squats (hate them but I love them, you know what I mean haha), Cardio (although 20 Min Aerobic Solution/HIIT helps sooo much!)

Fav: Bicep-PTMs, LBWO
Least Fav: HIIT on the bike machine. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. I actually switched to running HIIT just because the bike was bothering me.

Favorite: Arnold Press (Shoulders)
Worst: Lying Dumbbell Extension (Triceps)
My Triceps are pitifully weak when I isolate them. I've only gone up a few pounds on my isolated Triceps lift amounts during my lifetime.

Favorite: Shoulder press, bicep curls, and anything Triceps...
Worst:Hiit on the bike, bores me silly, wall squats..
But really all of it is ok when it is done.

I like cleans, bench, tricep stuff, pull ups.
Hate burpees, box jumps, burpees, and I'm not such a big fan of thrusters.
Suck at back squats but I don't hate them.
