I don't mind DOMS as long as it's not bad enough that you have to verbally express pain when moving or can't move properly because of it -- had both last week   Other than that the pains remind you of good work done

Beka, sounds like you are doing better than I am!!! I finally got to the gym. Only the 2nd time this week!!! I've got to do better. I'll be going to TN a budgeball again, but oh well....

My run today was slow and steady, but did get 2.5 miles done in a little under 30 minutes. I'm sure with a little more training I can get the 5K in Nashville done in under 30-35minutes. You still plan on doing it right?!?!

hey girlie, I'm trying! If I can do it, so can you And YES, we are doing this race in October. I'll be there!

The running is helping me to clear the cobwebs and just think. I love the way it makes me feel, so I'll keep doing it.

Got an owie in my back today from lifting boxes all freaking week, so taking a day off. Need to anyway. Went to a corn hole tournament last night and ended up playing beer pong, flip cup, and hopped absence with other middle agers and got in a spa. It was fun

Eating has been non existent. I have been under 600 cals a day for the last few days. Not good. Next week will be better. I'm down to 117 now.

Onlyna couple weights works this week, but running/sprinting has been almost everyday. I love it. My weights will be here next weekend and I'll be ready to get back into a routine again.

I'm going to end this journal and start another one for Sept. next week. I've made an effort to get more protein in, but there won't be anymore training this week due to back and soon to be ex coming into town to help finish moving the big stuff. My weights will be here next week and finally, finally my routine will be back to normal next week!!
