Rod sometimes I even feel anxious...But Carol is right it will pass. Amy awesome on the pull up bars!! It sounds like ours, some taller and some thicker than others. Carol you are doing great with your work outs! Diane you've had lots of company, are they all gone now? Telle I won't get to watch the videos until I get home. Today was OHS for us, I was suffering from a total lack of confidence with this. The trainers make the form look so easy. 55-65-70-75-70 3 reps each set.

Sort of feeling more human. Am at work today and no more fever or puking. No voice, though and I was winded by the walk up to the half storey to find pants this morning. In good shape for the Prairie CrossFit Challenge on the 18th! Toddled to the gym to foam roll last night and tried out one of our fun new slam balls...or, at least, I thought it was a slam ball. Alas, it was not and smashed me in the face. Yes, I am a tool. A tool with a big, fat lip today.
Michelle - I saw your message on FB about the weekend. Glad to hear you've put it behind you and are moving forward.
Diane - I'm sorry to hear the nutrition has got you down. Maybe shadowing Carol's challenge is just the impetus you need?
Telle - Gorgeous deadlifts. You make it look so easy.
Rod - Yep. All that and then some more grumpiness. Also, your cardio may start sucking spectacularly at some point. It's short lived.
Amy - Sounds like quite the wicked set up! And nice work on the WOD. LOVE HPCs!
Jim - Sorry to hear the WOD was not fun and games.
Tonight is 10 minutes of double unders and then oly club. Taking it easier until I stop coughing up multi-coloured gunk (sorry, TMI!).
It's supposed to be hard.

Leya - your story made me laugh... I am sorry but it is funny to imagine... maybe I find it so funny because it is totally something I would do!
Deadlifts did NOT happen today... I pulled the adductor muscles in both legs just warming up... EEK!! Did a bunch of accessory work and hip thrusts and glute activation stuff. At least I did something... considering initially it hurt to walk (okay, so after sitting it hurts to walk still)...
Going to be gone right away for the weekend... I will check in on Sunday when I am back.
