So what is your personal weakest link? Food, exercise, your attitude?  What brings you down?  What can you do to repair the link?

Oh, I saw the title and sooo thought you were going to ask us to throw the "weakest link" member under the bus!  I must watch too much reality tv!

My food so far:

M1  banana and fiber 1 bar (I did not give myself time to sit and eat this morning, so all portable and able to keep out of reach of little hands), coffee, water 8 oz

BBL

I didn't see a thread started so I wrote this.

Achieve Your Dreams: Six Steps to Accomplish Your Goals!

You need to deeply desire the goal or resolution

Visualize yourself achieving the goal

Make a plan for the path you need to follow to accomplish the goal

Commit to achieving the goal by writing down the goal

Establish times for checking your progress in your calendar system

Review your overall progress regularly

So do you have your goals set for this Red Hot Challenge?

Nicole ~ Love the weakest link idea! For me it just depends sometimes its food, sometimes its workouts. But I think if your MIND Is 100% set and ready nothing will break the link. It’s all about the mind set. So I NEED to get my mental game back!

Erika~ What time does your day typically start with the kiddos?

My goals are written I now need to make a plan to achieve them along with my timeline. I am going to start on Monday for this challenge.

20 ounces of water down and a bowl of shredded wheat bran with honey

The craziest freakin day of my life! So much fun! Can't wait for 2011 Warrior Dash!

M2  cc w/yogurt, coffee

M3  baked potato w/ salsa and cc, 16 oz water

And I'm ignoring the question so far today

Tired, tired.  Last night's shopping trip sucked.  Wrong time of year to be shopping for a cute sundress and we were stuck to the clearance racks.  Everything was too young (and short) or just not flattering, too dressy, or just ugly.  Plus shopping for a size I don't want to be isn't fun either.  And to top it off, my haircut is not what I wanted so I didn't feel cute either.  I've never cried about a haircut before, and last night I almost did.

While I was driving home and feeling low, I got pulled over.  I assumed I had been speeding through town since I was distracted.  But no, I had a headlight out.  I was teary-eyed and such and the policeman kept asking if everything was okay, which made me almost cry more.  And I couldn't tell him that I felt fat and ugly, so I just said I was tired and it was a long day.  Such a dork.  So, I have officially joined the group of girls who cry their way out of a ticket.  Great.

By the time I got home it was almost funny and my DH thought it was hilarious.  It was totally his fault that the headlight wasn't fixed, so he owes me!

So the good things I found in the heap of feeling sorry for myself:  my hairut makes my eyes look pretty and won't take long to style, I saved $$ and probably can really find something to wear that I already have, and I'm feeling pretty motivated to stick to this challenge.

Okay, there's my whine for the day, maybe the week.

I'll be back later
