Morning, I got nuthin, just gettin us started.  I will be doing a 30 min run tonight and feeling good about it right now.

Gayle, I almost always end up wearing some of my breakfast!! My employees always laugh at me because I often have to call and let them know I'm running late because I have to change clothes, again. Lol!

I'm supposed to do weights today, but I am switching my workouts around and taking my dog for a run instead. I'm flying to New Orleans this afternoon to visit J and see how this whole long distance thing might work out, and a run will make my whole day seem more relaxing. That's why I love to run!!
Okay, time to hit the trails! I'll check back in this afternoon while I'm waiting at the airport! Have a great morning!

Gayle-That sounds delicious. I make Southwestern tuna, I add chopped jalapenos, cilantro, onion, diced tomatoes. I will try it in the potato. I also need your recipe for the Kale chips. I have been wanting to try that.

Hi Runners & Tri-ers  I did 5 today, not bad. I found out that I did 6.7 on my wandering through the pines on Monday I planned on 3! Amy, have a great trip to N'awlins! Eat a beignet for me (if you indulge, that is...). Julia, I like the sound of the spicy tuna! Hi Nicole  Catch y'all later!

UBWO done with over 20 sets of stairs between sets. Some jumping up the stairs like a kangaroo per little reds request. Feeling good. REady to start this body melting. Amy - glad you can post. Hmmm.....I think my kids are melting instead of me melting away the fat. HI ALL!!! ***don't know why I put LBWO earlier, no way I was doing that after all my jump squats yesterday.
